Drop Policies

PLACING A “DROP” ORDER

Awaken with JP loves an “in the moment” product!  Throughout the year you will see special products and designs “dropped” via social media and email.  These will be pre-order/special order items only.  Once you see a “dropped design” you will have an defined window of time (ex: 5 days) to place your order.  Once that order window closes, your specific order will be printed just for you. These special items will not be available for purchase on our website outside of the “drop” window so make sure to snag your limited edition items quickly! 

*Any products purchased in the same order as a dropped product will be shipped with it.

 

SHIPPING POLICY FOR “DROP” ITEMS

Special “Dropped” merchandise ships out from our warehouse 7-10 Business Days after printing. Once your order is made & packed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. In this email you will get a tracking number, where you can track the movement of your package.

*On average, drop orders take about 3-weeks from when the order window closes to delivery, but this timeline can vary.

 

“DROP” ITEM RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

While we hope you absolutely LOVE your special ordered “dropped” item, we understand there will be the need for returns.  We will happily accept returns per our standard Return Policy.

Because these items are special orders and the quantity we print is based on what's placed during the drop window, we cannot accept exchanges on “drop” items.
